NIA FM Ltd are a regional based company with its Head Office based in the heart of South Wales in Cardiff City Centre and a 2nd office based in Caerphilly, South Wales. The company was formed in October 2020 as a one stop shop Facilities Management service. It was a bold move to start a new company during a worldwide pandemic but one that has thankfully paid off thus far. We found our clients wanted more from various providers without dealing with several different companies for numerous services. Thankfully, since incorporating the following services the company has gone from strength to strength. We offer a wide and varied range of services which hopefully covers your business needs. With the vast majority of service’s we offer we employ our staff directly, however, on occasions we do use sub-contractors. These are contractors we have carried out work with over several years and have excellent relationships with quality guaranteed. This enables us to offer competitive rates in the business and, with the full range of services we have to offer, a tailor-made service that is second to none! We believe that no one looks after our customers as well as we do. NIA FM Ltd are strong believers in bringing professionalism into everything we do, we also take our carbon footprint seriously and our fleet of vehicles are fully electric along with other environmental measures. NIA FM Ltd hold several accreditations including SMAS WORKSAFE CONTRACTOR, CHAS, PROMPT PAYMENT CODE OF PRACTICE. Further to this we are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliant with a robust quality management system in place.
NIA FM Monitoring
Here at NIA FM We have the ability to monitor or control your site to your exact requirement. We have partnered with a 3rd party to have direct access to a 24hrs a day, 7 days a week and 365 days of the year manned control room. This facility, backed up by the IMMEX software package, allows us to monitor anywhere in the UK and Ireland, in fact, anywhere in Europe. Technology really is something we embrace at NIA FM.

NIA FM Events. NIA FM Currently supply various cover to events ranging from sporting events, council and private. We have extensive experience in supplying the following services ensuring your events are covered in all aspects. SIA Licensed Security Staff. Our staff are trained and competent in dealing with numerous scenarios and situations with the aim of always having a positive outcome. Our Safety Stewards are responsible for the safety of all attendees, visitors and maintaining a welcoming, friendly attitude.
Static Security Officers
NIA FM’S Officers are SIA Licensed with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Further to this, every officer will have undergone a personal assessment and in-house training programme. The first thing we look for when recruiting Static Security Officers is a confident personality. The Officer dispatched to your premises will be fully briefed to your specific requirements. All staff are vetted to current British Standards 7858. We strictly adhere to HSE guidelines for lone workers and have procedures in place to ensure the safety of our Static Security Officers at all times.
Alarm Response and Mobile Patrols
Many of our customers enjoy peace of mind, safe in the knowledge that should an intruder decide to break into your premises at 04:00 on a cold miserable December morning, they will not receive the dreaded phone call from the intruder alarm monitoring station explaining the alarm has been triggered. This a huge benefit with our KEY HOLDING service. Our Mobile Patrols are a cost-effective solution for a range of clients who want some form of physical protection usually as an out of hours service. Our Mobile Patrols can attend your premises during the night or at weekends, at staggered or pre-determined times to ensure total protection for you, our customer.
Our maintenance service includes, but, not limited to supplying, experienced Painters & Decorators, Plasterers, fencing install and general property maintenance. Again, this service is extremely popular with many estate agents and property developers alike. We ensure our prices are competitive whilst ensuring our quality of work is guaranteed, every time.
Cleaning, this is something everyone is taking even more serious since the worldwide pandemic. Our cleaning teams are experienced with excellent attention to detail. We supply our services to numerous clients from Apartment blocks, hotels, factories to construction sites. We carry out thorough sanitising procedures to various clients helping to ensure our clients staff, guests are not hit with transmissible viruses and ensuring premises are able to remain open.
We offer numerous training courses specific to each customer’s needs from SIA training, first aid, health & safety, manual handling, fire safety. Our training can be carried out at our offices or at a customer’s premises.
